ALL STAR GAMES?

What are all the different all star games in texas (or the ones that players in southeast texas are eligible for) and where can you find information about them?

As far as those that players are eligible for, they include:
Texas High School Coaches Association All-Star Game
Bayou Bowl (Texas vs. Louisiana, Texas Team made up of players from greater Houston Area)
Southeast Texas Football Coaches Association All-Star Classic

All of these games are played in June and July.
