So what do you think they do in practice?

If there is anything negative to say, I would have to say that most coaches are stubborn, but not stupid. 


While you enjoy your Saturday, those coaches are working their butts off and I can assure you the "basics" are included in the preperation.

The coaches cannot go out and play for them. The kids are obviously on their heels and not the aggressors. They need some leadership and some fire in their bellies, play like they have nothing to lose. It is amazing how a few positive things can wear off on a team.
