Who is starting tailback for Nederland?

I am hearing that Jake Kemp is running the ball some in practice. Who else is in the mix? Is Trevin Sonnier playing any RB or is he still at WR/DB? I think he'd make an excellent RB as well. What's the scoop?

Only thing I am hearing is Kemp and a Sophomore to be named at a later date.

No, Bear... Kemp started in the secondary last 2 years for the dogs. I am not familiar with Troy or Hopkins. Excited to see all 3 play.

[/quote]Troy transferd from P.A... Scratch (Hopkins) was J.V last season I believe... Kemp was the best back last season in my opion .. But we all know everyone has a opion..

not likely...Nederland has more depth this year

that is one thing that you can say about nederlands coach Neuman, he isnt scared to bring up the youngsters, the only thing that i can say negatively is that some of his kids go both ways and that to me hurts them in the long run because they get tired as the game goes on, at least that is how it seemed to appear last year, they played us tough in the first half and it got onesided as the third and fourth quarter came and went.
