6th Annual Catfish Festival in Evadale

The Evadale Catfish Festival will get underway on Thursday night, May 6th. This is a family friendly event that everyone is invited to.
Entertainment includes the James Hare Band on Thur, Cosmic Chaos on Fri, and the Louisiana Scramble Band and the Still Cruisin' Band on Sat.

Discount carnival tickets are available at the Eastex Federal Credit Union in Evadale.

Saturday will feature a motorcycle run sign in begins at 8 AM, a horseshoe tournament with sign in beginning at 9 AM, the car and bike show and the cook off begin at 10 AM. The 2A/3A All Star game will be at 1 PM and the 1A game will start at 3 both games will be in the Evadale gym.

Over 60 vendors and exibitors will be on the grounds of the Evadale school campus located on FM 105 a half mile south of Hwy 96. There is no admission fee and limited free parking.
