Johnny Dishon took advantage of a rare start Saturday in left field for LSU.  The BC product hit a homerun on the first pitch he saw and finished 2-3 with 3 runs scored and an RBI in the Tigers 9-7 win over Alabama.  The Tide are coached by Port Arthur native Mitch Gaspard. It was Dishon's fourth HR and he raised his batting average to .220

Not to split hairs but Johnny has been starting in LF for the majority of the past 2-3 weeks.

He's gotta pick up that average.. But he's hitting real well for the most part.

Watched LSU on TV over the weekend against Florida and freshman Alex Edwards was in LF. Im assuming Dishon isn't playing well or what?
