Ex-Port Neches Groves basketball star, Travis Thompson has left ETBU, to help his grandparents out in Alabama. I saw him working out, and quickly stopped what I was doing to talk to the young man. If you read this post, please pray for this remarkable man. His grandpa is real sick, and he took a step back to lend a hand to his family. I love hearing stories like this, and my heart goes out to him and his family. God Bless Travis, good luck to you, and hope you decide to pick basketball up again. The Lord has great plans for this young man.
