Well i honestly want to because the guys i play with has always been behind me and i wanna stand behind them but tlast year i had messed up my shoulder in the kountz tournament and was out for a few weeks and came back to throw a lil against buna and woodville? But i threw a ball a couple months ago and it started hurtin again So i decided that i wld set  out this season and be back next year

to Burns.... it is going to hurt because you have not thrown in a while.... your arm will recover....
Play this year, do some shoulder exercises, (your coach can help you with the type of exercises)
There is no excuse not to play.... Even if you can't pitch this year, you will be with your team and learn more than your realize.............Play!!!!.......your team needs you.
