I don't know about any of y'all, but Sabine pass looked pretty good the other night against Deweyville. Sabine moved the ball well on offence, "passing" and running the football (an unusual mixture for Sabine pass.) The defence was fired up early and gave Deweyville a real test offensively. The Sharks never gave up, but fail short 6-19 to the Pirates. So let's look ahead to this season and see what it could hold for Sabine pass.

Everybody knows to win you must preform well on offence, defence, and special teams. But here are a few key tools that will make a defence for Sabine pass this season.

Three big keys to the Sharks success this season is.1.) Stay healthy, because Sabine just don't have the depth and numbers that other teams possess. 3.) Defence, stay pumped and ready for anybody who comes to town.3.)Must have "good" playcalling on offence, its the one and most important part of offensive success(outside of your line of course.) If your offence becomes to predictable and loses offensive momentum during the course of a season, that usually falls under "bad" playcalling. What i mean by this is, the coach's need to find a good balance of run and pass and call plays to get everybody involved in the offence. Sounds easy, well its not. But i have all the confidence in the world, the players and coaches will pull through this season. And as a team the Sharks will win some ball games.

Next Game: Galveston O'Connell.

How do you think the Sharks will fair this season?

very impressed with the sharks and Coach Thib. Good luck the rest of the season and see you all at the pass later this year.

Sept 19, Legacy Christian hosts Sabine Pass and Sheffield Productions will be there to tape the game.  This Sat game will air on Tuesday, Sept 22 at 7:00PM on Time Warner Channel 18.    As usual our full crew will be on hand to capture the game with our 4 camera setup and mult-replay capability.  see 'ya on the field, videoguy

Sabine had a starting linebacker a starting fullback and a starting reciever out of dewyville game and had a lot of young kids playing alot. It was tough for them to keep up momentum because of the lack of energy. The Sharks will continue to get themselves in better shape and have a succesfull season.
