NFL pre-season in Beaumont

Shreveport got the Dallas/New Orleans pre-season game. With the mini-dome, Beaumont could get a Texans pre-season. Am I wrong?

The I-Bowl seats 53,000 for football, how big a mini-dome are you talking?? Also keep in mind that the Superdome is not ready for football yet and the agreement to play this game and give money to Katrina donations yadda yadda yadda was made last year, so not quite a normal pre-season game either.
