the beaumont community does not get behind softball because the youth programs are to weak so you have only a small following you have three hs in beaumont central, west brook and ozen only west brook even fields a competive team it has to to be more competive in hs to have an affect on what lamar will do

That's true about Beaumont. But, the surrounding area Orange(LCM, Bridge City) Nederland and Port Neches Groves have been strong for a while and continue to be strong. They tend to have big followings. Also, Kelly has also done very well and should be very strong for the next several years.
