That is factual, but INCOMPLETE! You list 7 playoff losses, but actually, you should have gone back further. EC has been a playoff team for 13 STRAIT YEARS   ;D ;D ;D. How many area teams can say that? Not many! Also, why didn't you list Bunas record during that same period? Oh, and for that last quote: it remains to be seen, doesn't it?  ;D

Whoever said Warren is gonna win district needs to go see their doctor!! lol EC are u forgeting who beat yall last year?? KOUNTZE!! and Buna has lost to many starters to be district champs!! This is Kountze's year! GO LIONS!!!

(03/04) lost to San Augustine in 1st round.

(04/05) lost to Mart in 1st round.

(05/06) lost to Mart in 2nd round.

(06/07) lost to Mart in 2nd round.

(07/08) lost to Corrigan Camden in 1st round.

Couldn't close out the district

lost their best player (well, team)

AND lost to Kountze (a now heavy favorite for the district crown)

The skies are darkening in Chambers County, and this time, it's not Hurricane Rita. The Bucs oughta watch their "booty." The era of green and gold dominance has come to an end. LARRY THE PIRATE HAS SPOKEN.

EC got beat in the playoffs BUT at least they got to go to the dance. Sans last year, that's a heck of a lot more than Puna can claim.

I see EC lost in the 1st round last year. How did Kountze do?

Out of the hundreds of schools that play high school football in Texas, there might be one that has a worse football tradition than Kountze. But none come to mind.

Well that may be true uknowit.... but wait didnt E-Who?? lose to us last year?? So since we have such a horrible football background, just remember it still includes bein the only team in tha regular season to beat yall.

Well when tha time comes all of you EC fans will be crying when yall loose to kountze.... not just in football, but in every sport.

Kountze is coming back the strongest in the district. We beat EC and Buna lost to many. Anuach is coming back just as strong, but was blown out by kountze. Warren and Deweville wont contend. Hardin will be Kountze's toughest game. Its either Kountze or Hardin to win the district.

They lost their best player as in he isnt playin next year cause he is graduated....He didnt go down with an injury. He was hurt but not injured. He still played.

They didn't just lose Marsh. They lost Jordan Nolan too. I watched him play against Warren and overlooked him. When he played us (Buna) he had a field day the second half with the secondary. Every other team in the district failed to do that period. In my opinion Nolan was not given enough credit for his teams success last year.
