Sulphur 10 PNG 0

10 unearned runs for Sulphur.  The Indians have played error-free ball until tonight.  Hope they got them all out of the way.  Solid performance from Carnahan behind the plate - 3 put out caught stealing.

Also, PNG changed pitchers every two innings.  Todd, Sweetenham, Harrison, Benoit, Chapman

Sulphur has a good hitting team.  They should do well in their division.

Sulpher had 10 runs on only 5 hits. So PNG didnt pitch bad, just did play well in the field. And obviously didnt hit.

How many walks did PNG give up.  5 hits, threw out 3 baserunners, but gave up 10 runs.  Either lots of walks or tons of errors, or both.

PNG gave up 12 hits to the Torrs.  They also had 3 errors.  PNG bats were sleeping but to give the credit where it belongs, Sulphur can play and they have always been able too.  They are a good team and as good as PNG has played lately it wasn't visible last night.
