Lol. Why not? All I’ve heard is Rusk shouldn’t be ranked so if we beat anyone I’m excited!!! We are the 4A Cinderella story. I’m sure now that we have to play the actual good teams it will end so I have to brag while I can.

All that was stated on this site was a team shouldn’t stay ranked in a weekly poll when they start the season 0-8. Yes Rusk is a very strong team with all their starters playing, just like any team left. If the Eagles finish the year with a state championship then they will have earned the #1 ranking in 4A & no one can dispute that, until then the  “Cinderella” Rusk playoff ride continues😁
