Hali Beam, a freshman from Liberty, got 9th at Regionals...and finished 52nd at state

13:06 was a good time on that field....especially for a Freshman.  She should have some good years ahead of her.  The terran was a little hilly and there was some wind.  It looked real hilly compaired to some of the flat areas around here, especially compared to Regional meet in Humble.  Is Box coaching the girls?  He is a good coach and a very nice guy.

ya, coach box is head coach for the boys and girls.

The course itself was about 30 seconds slower for pretty much everyone.

The way I see it though, she still lost thirty seconds off of what her time should have been.
