One heck of a game...one that left a lot of hearts palpitating tonight.  Anahuac played all out and did not give up even though they were down.  They kept playing even though their starting RB went out with an injury (#32).  He had to leave by ambulance.   If anyone knows about him, posting his condition would help...prayers go out to the young man....

The play that started it all was a fumble by the second string offense.  Anahuac lit up the board after that...

Love those Hornets, but they were way off their normal game last night. Defensive front line was not on their normal game. No, excuses - Anahuac came to beat the Hornets and almost did. It was a nail bitter all the way to the end. Hornets need to settle down and get playing football back in their heads, it is not just about winning and numbers its about how you play the game. Your penalities are really hurting now, a face mask penalty should not be happening at all. Play the game Coach Haynes has showed you how to play. Anahuac out played us look at the numbers and the score almost showed it.

Our prayers go out to the McNeil family, hope your son will be okay.

This game was very physical, the same thing could have happened to one of our boys.

Good Luck next week in Buna, Hornets. Settle down and play your game.

Hardin was up 42-20 with 2 mins to go.......they were dominating the whole game and then it was all bad luck after that......never seen a game like it in my life and you will always have a game like that......If hardin didn't take the starters out with  2 mins to go then they would have scored another td but things happen and it was unreal what when on last night............Hardin just needs to win 1 of 3 and there in........shouldn't be a problem........

Yeah but those last 3 may be the best 3 by the looks of the scores lately.

Thanks for the props you gave to Anahuac.  They played hard and never gave up.  That is HEART!!!!!  Again, thanks for the props.

Oh yeah anahuac came to play and they did play their butts off and i give them props cause they are not a bad football team and they could ve easily been a play off team this year but the hornets do need to settle down and relax and play the game they can play. Congrats to Anahuac and 32 get better soon, my prays are with you
