bleacher_bum Posted September 21, 2007 Report Posted September 21, 2007 Go to MaxPreps.com, go to stats, there is a place at the top of the page to click and go to the PDF formatted page that you can print out and give to your coach. He fills it out, then sends it in. You will have to create a login/user id first, then you'll be in business...
