LCM should take this one. This will be the second District Champ in a row to go undefeated during district play as Nederland went 12-0 last year.

I was thinking this is pretty interesting stat but just realized that BC hasn't lost a district game in 2 years. It might be three as I can't remember that far. Does any other district have a champ undefeated in the last 2 years?

PNG went 16-0 in district and also won 36 games in a row. This is the year they went to state.

If i'm not mistaken Bridge City has lost only one district game since moving to 3a. I think the loss was the first year we dropped to 3a. Pretty sure it was Buna.

You are correct! Buna beat BC the first time they played in Buna 7-2. Derek Blackshere pitched for BC and Chase Tucker pitched for Buna. Those were some pretty classy kids from the past.
