It looks like the West End 12's won and the Groves 12's won (if the Section 2 tournament brackets are correct).  West End plays Groves this afternoon.

Also, it looks like West End's 10's lost and Nederland North's 10's lost and they will play each other as well.

Groves will have to be VERY good to beat the 12's as will Nederland's 10's.

Correction, the brackets were wrong.  Groves did lose their first game.  West End's 12's played Pasadena today and 10 run ruled them.

West End's 10's played Nederland North in the loser's bracket and West End beat Nederland 12-2.

These two groups at West End are VERY talented.  I expect the 12's to win this Section 12 tournament Monday night but it will be difficult.  I also would not be at all surprised to see the 10's come back and win this tournament either.  Their pitching is very deep so they should be able to make it to the championship game.  Unfortunately, if they get past Barbers Hill tomorrow, they will have to face Tomball's best pitcher (whoever that is) on Monday.

Thanks Scalp,  We still have our work cut out at sectional.  Tomball hit us much harder than you guys.

As expected, Tomball beat Deepwater 15-1 last night.  West End and Tomball play for the Section 2 championship tonight.
