Former Beaumont player in Regional finals!

;D  Former Beaumont resident, Spindletop and Kelly HS player Christian Cruz will be playing in the U-16, Southern regional finals representing South Texas with his Houstionians 91 team mates!  They play Andromeda 91 from N.TX today at 11:30!

Any word on how they did, and where was this played?

They won 6-1, and will compete with 3 other teams for the u-16 National Championship in Frisco, Texas (Pizza Hut Park) home of FC Dallas the last week of July.

The Houstonians lost thier 1st National Cup game to Michigan 1-0.  The road get tougher for them as the next two teams on the schedule are last years runner-up and last years Nat'l champion.
