My heart and head go with EC on this one.  Haven't kept up with HF lately, in the past they were always competitive.  Seems like they may have been down lately so I guess it depends on whether the new coach can bring everyone together.

With a new coach coming to a H-F,dending on what position hes taking, it might be hard for seniors or juniors to get used to the way he's teaching. I go with East Chambers.

Hopefully, EC will be at or near full strength this year. Last year, starting RB was out, along with other starters.... we will need to be, cuz H-F gets pumped up for EC. Rice Bowl will sell out again...  ;D
