Why was West Brook playing in this tournament? I mean it definitely benefits the smaller schools but ..

Sometimes teams cant find an opening in a tournament, or travel is too far there are a number of reasons. You would really have to ask them what the circumstance was , but there were som 5A schools too, so It was really good to have a team like westbrook in the ty, it gave  a real incentive for others to play their best. It wasnt as big a difference as you might think. The real difference was in size and westbrook had the advantage. Westbrook had to play hard and I think they got what they wanted out of the tournament. Good competition and build confidence in the team. Believe me they got all they wanted...............................Dont fault them for playing in this tournament it was very competitive. Good from top to bottom.

Evadale 2A played Westbrook 6A and the scores were (25-18,25-16) I think that shows the competition level of the tournament. It wasnt just a cakewalk.
