Barbers Hill Boys win Goose Creek Tournament

Barbers Hill took the Goose Creek Invitational with a team score of 328.  LaPorte shot a 339 for second and Atascocita was third with 340.  BH's Matt Stephens shot a 77 for second medalist.

Only things to come for this group and proud of you guys. I really think highly of your Coach and you kids on this team. Keep it up and maybe you can get to state this year and make some noise. This should be the best golf team Bh has ever had and they only will get better.

BH is starting to reap the benefits of having a country club in their back yard.  HJ has always had one of the best programs in SE Texas and has several apparences at State.  They have Pinewood/Idylwild where their kids grow up playing golf.  Now BH has Eagle Point and they are starting to get everyones attention.  Good luck to BH!!!
