I was looking at the brackets last night and it's gonna be tough for the lady panthers to make it out of region 3, you got wheatley barbers hill georgetown etc. Wish the ladies well though.

After this round anybody has a chance in the region. It is loaded. Winner of the region will have survived gauntlet and in terms of competitiveness could be one of the toughest brackets in the country. Anyone on any given night can win.

Yeah i agree this is the toughest I've ever seen region 3 when i say it is loaded I mean it is LOADED!!!!!

Off the top of my head I can think of 15 teams having a legit chance. Should be fun to watch. Hoping for a 20-4A rematch in the regional finals

Ozen has to turn it up. The teams in this region are good. Ozen man to man defense has to improve. Ozen post player does not get back on defense well on fast breaks. This has to change to if the panthers expect to make a deep run.

Whoever makes it out of region 3 will probably meet brennan in the state championship game, but I'm picking brennan to win state. Region is crucial though man sheesh.

Brenham is in Region 3. They played a fourth place team Pflugerville Connally in first round that has a 13-15 record on the year and only beat them by 7 points. They have a very talented team and on paper should win, but that is why you play the games! Anything can happen!

I think he was talking about San Antonio Brennan.  They are ranked #1.  Usually there are about 2 or 3 teams that you think can win the region, but it is really spread out.  Georgetown is the reigning champ, so they have to be high on the list. Hopefully they are knocked off tonight.
