THESE SCHOOLS ARE FULL OF LCM AND BC PLAYERS,GETTING BETTER ON THEIR OWN!!!! I REMEMBER SEEING JAY CANIZARO ON WEEKENDS AND AFTER PRACTICE AT MUSTANG STADIUM TAKING GROUND BALL AFTER GROUND BALL,NOT JUST QUANTITY BUT QUALITY AND YOU SEE WHERE THAT GOT HIM....YOU HAVE TO HAVE A DESIRE TO GET BETTER AND SUCCEED AND MAKE THINGS HAPPEN FOR YOURSELF AS A PLAYER. I don't know where you got your info, but I'm pretty sure Dan has NOT been "trying to run the baseball program". That statement is just trying to start something. Im not sure if people understand what WOS baseball use to mean..... The days of Coach Anderson and Coach Bearden were AWESOME!!!! We lost a good baseball coach in Coach McGee this year because of the friction in the baseball program and now I hope that problem has been taken care of so we can get someone in there that will get the program back to where it once was.

Poor,poor Tank... I hear he will got into the UFC HOF IF he ever decides to retire. As far as those two guys having potential and being marketable, I dont believe they are such a big draw because they have potential its because all of the hype around them, Brock is so well known by all the wrassling fans and Kimbo was such a big deal on the net street fighting. I dont believe you can gauge their potential by the losers theyve fought, especially Brock,he lost! Mirs face did have signs he was in a fight, but he won! If you ever watch Fedor his face is beatup every fight yet we all know the outcomes. Watch him fight Choy,look at his face and then watch the outcome. Look at Nog... I dont believe your opponents face especially in a loss determines your potential or what you could do in other matches.

Re-watch that fight, Im not sure Tank was hit solid once! For someone that was knocked out ONCE before that fight he sure fell quick without ever really getting hit solid. If youre familiar with Kimbo Slice then you should know that the one time he was pounded was by MMA fighter Gannon,so why not give him Gannon again this time under MMA rules? Or maybe Paul Buenetello(sp). He would get destroyed by anyone in the top 100...I say feed him to Fedor and let all of the huggers come back down to earth.. As for Brock,if you consider landing a few punches looking great then yes he looked awesome,but MMA is more than just punching and I think Mir showed that.

Look at the people hes fought,Tank was a can and took a dive.... When Kimbo faces someone who has a ground/wrestling game and a decent standup hes in trouble. Kinda like the almighty Brock Lesnar, he got exposed to all the wrassling fans by Frank Mir! One dimensional equals trouble in MMA.

Coach Hooks.......come on man. You cant think of someone a little better. Perhaps a little younger that has the want and energy to rebuild a program from the ground up.
