I don’t think the numbers are as important of a factor as the longevity in a class. As I have witnessed BH’s growth they have these growing pains because they are growing at such a fast pace. Crosby and Dayton hung around the same number forever before Crosby started to grow. BH during that time started at half the enrollment or more then caught them and passed them. That’s a ton of adjustment for anyone. We will eventually catch up, but the population need to level out.

Just because 14.3, 4 or 5 couldn’t hack it in One Act Play doesn’t mean it’s not Major😂

Expectations. Crosby was expected to get beat by CEK, but not by a Donkey Stomp. Crosby was expected to beat FBM , but should have been by at least 14. Crosby was expected to beat Lee, but it should have been a blood bath. BH on the other hand was expected to lose to Mag West , but kept it respectful. BH was expected to beat Montgomery, but not by 4 TDS and BH was expected to beat Sterling, but not by 7 TD’s. this is what I mean

The DC for one and a possible 3rd place finish with a tougher 1st round opponent. BH wasn’t expect to finish above 3rd this year. Crosby hasn’t meet expectations yet while BH has and more IMO.

Good write up but remember you didn't think Holdren could run last year and he burned ya. I actually like what our QB is doing this year because he stays in the pocket and finds the open receivers which has him averaging 200 + yards a game through the air, so no need to run. QB does have some speed and could run, but again why? We also spread the ball around with about 4 key receivers and that doesn't even include Mr. Dixon at this point. BH RB's are small, but Shaw is averaging 100 yards a game and 6.4 yards a tote at this point. Shaw seems to be getting better each week finding the hole and accelerating! BH O line has protected the QB pretty good and the D line gets good penetration. BH LB's are also pretty good with the secondary holding their own as well. Crosby's strong spot is defiantly in the backfield with a very athletic QB and RB with size looking to run around and through you. The line play is about like BH on both sides of the ball, but I'm not too sure about the receivers even with Roberson back. I think Crosby will try to out athlete us by running through the line with the big back and faking the hand off to run the QB outside. If that doesn't work they will throw short passes to get their guys in space to make a play. This is going to be another good game, but not the shoot out last year was. Still picking BH 35-28

BH’s idea of spreading cat litter around the visitors bench paid off with easy clean up after the Eagles took flight on the Coogs Friday Night! Afterwards Security was forced to remove a fan after found in the parking lot bench pressing 400 lbs and talking to imaginary people that he was quoted as saying “ They are my Friends and make 800K a year”.. poor guy

We can we will👍 Yes your exactly right, it depends what teams show up. I don’t think Crosby feels this is an easy game, but like BH they feel they will win. Feeling and doing is two separate things of course. Can’t speak for others at BH nor do I speak for BH, but as a fan I believe BH can win this game. This will be a good one!

I thought that before the season started, but I think PAM will be the DC. Crosby comes to play Friday and they get the 2 spot, but if not 😃

Yeah, You right BH probably thinks their going to lose. I would just play your second string and 14.2 can come in the locker room and tell BH how good Crosby is.

No excitement from BH. That’s you doing what you do and acting like you know how BH feels. I know you have 14 cousins and 20 uncles that have 59 friends that built BH and know the coaches.

No argument there. However it looks to have cost some players.

Nope I’m not saying last years start was good. Y’all were talking about repeating your 80 year return to the State Championship last year and I told you that you didn’t have the team to repeat. You almost did but no cigar. After BH beat FBM last year I don’t place much stock in Crosby escaping that game in OT at home. Also beating PAM by 21 is much more impressive than Lee. CEK was expected, but not from behind the woodshed 😂. Your right BH hasn’t beat anyone yet, but there’s always the Friday👍 BH also hasn’t been trying to convince everyone that there team is better this year and can stroll through the 5A Div1 playoffs.

Not worried about the teams we have beat this year and not using them to compare between Crosby and BH. I surely don’t care of what happened last year either. Just looking at what I have seen this year and Crosby isn’t playing at the level they were last year. BH isn’t playing at that level either, but I have seen improvements each week.

The UIL has split them apart, but Dayton will be back. Until then we’ll play substitute. Crosby and Dayton will always be the games BH wants the most to win though😀

Y’all didn’t sleep walk last year ..LOL . You got beat in every facet of that game except the score which is all that counts. BH blew that game with a fumble on a drive for the score to put the game out of reach. Not even going to mention the BS call ( ops I guess I did). You can twist the game stats all you want, but you got humiliated by CEK, escaped FBM and should have blew Lee out with all of talent you tell us about. Crosby on paper at the beginning of the season along with your sales show should be killing competition, but all I hear is we got players out and that’s why we’re not. Carthage showed you guys last year how to play when players are out and that’s how great teams respond to diversity. Oh and BH will play all 4 quarters i just know Crosby likes to jump on you early then Coast. BH has to set the tone to win.

Your very good at talking up the Coogs, but who are you trying to convince us or yourself? You have been laying down stats since mid summer and I haven’t seen Crosby reflect what you keep selling😃 Y’all keep sleep walking and you will be 3rd in district when you wake up. I think the difference in this game is going to be Defense and Crosby has declined on that front this year. The BH defense is pretty good and I think They can contain an also lesser offense than Crosby showed last year. BH has impact players out too, but you know what we’re not crying we’re plugging the holes and playing ball. BH has to stop Crosby in that fist quarter then play mistake free ball the rest of the game to win, but I think BH will come to play.
