Do schools have to post jobs internally for 10 days before they can hire someone?? I'm speaking of a Head coaching position for a spring sport??

Does anyone know where Gary Kay is these days?  He was DC for a long time in HF, then in Glen Rose, Liberty, and Tarkington.  Lost touch with him through the years and was thinking about him today.

If I read this correctly, they live in the same house. How do they attend different schools????
