Thank you, I called the AP photographer who took the picture and he said it was indeed the house on jasmine I thought it was.. he also told me what my parents can expect to find once they go home.

I saw this pic on the orange leader does anyone know where this is? it looks like my parents neighbor's house they lived off Stapper ST. and Rose Bud AVE. on the back street Jasmine.
