No it's a terrible analogy. Both squads have more than adequate depth. Carthage is not a Goliath and Gilmer not small like David. Gilmer has one of the biggest squads in 4A D2 and that's a fact. Gilmer was defeated today and the best team won. Deservedly so.

Not likely...Carthage would frown on the showboater and the other one with his drug use and vices in the past.

With due respect, Gilmer is not a David. They are a big squad and Carthage is not Goliath. We are not in Judea and this is not a battle in the desert.
