Coach Stump will probably begin passing alot this game...when you know that you have a weapon that will be there after 1 week off or 10 weeks off you have to get the ones who need loosening loosened...C-Lou will have a lot of pass attempts this game and will probably pad his stats quite a bit considering how easy it seems to get into a groove against the Channelview D... Every time C-Mic touches the ball he will get big yardage and will prove himself quite well...we need to get the qb and receivers on the same page and then we can begin our balanced offensive attack

1st String Game West Brook - 40 Central - 10 2nd/3rd string Game West Brook - 7 Central - 12 Really Central was quite fortunate to score on us with those 10 points. Three very questionable calls kept their TD drive alive and they werent able to do much after that. Improvement, improvement, improvent...every team needs to improve every week in order to be a top team in any division. I'm looking at the fact that our defense was not fooled a bit by the misdirection. Central broke one run and that was for about 15 yards. I am pleasantly surprised at how well our defense performed on such a rare offense in such little time. We WB fans should be looking at it this way...Defense was great and kept them from moving the ball and the Offense was good but we all know it can be exceptional...build on what we got in front of us. Big win tonight for the Brook. One part of the game that was struggling tonight was the O-Line. They could have given C-Lou much better protection on his passes. C - Lou showed great awareness in the pocket on a few plays but still needs to polish his decision making. Love what I see so far...keep up the good work.

West Brook runs a different spread than PAM. West Brook will pass first but the weapons they have at all positions let them change their attack smoothly throughout the game. The fact is that West Brook is a top level 5A team and central isnt even a top level 4A team. As for the injuries...dont worry about them. You can walk up to any player on any team and ask them if something doesnt feel right and even the third stringers will give you something. Expect struggles early for the Brook just like with Ozen...Once the wrinkles get ironed out expect a closer blowout of a game. West Brook 42 Central 17
