I would have to vote for McFarland . Not because iam a Nederland fan but because he helped his team get into the the hunt for the state title. I believe without him on this team they would have have gone as far as they did.

Good Season BullDogs , You all did a great job . When other teams around the state where sitting home watching ball you were still playing. So dont hang your heads, it was a fun ride and your whole team took us with you !

Who has the best fan support , I am football , baseball and so on ?

Sometimes we go to these games and i have heard the kids say they wish more fans would come out and watch them play. One game the other teams fans were louder then the two local teams playing. It is the playoffs ! So anyone who wants , bring signs , bring your horns and LETS MAKE SOME NOISE!!!! LCM AND Nederland NEEDS YOU. We have some of the best baseball players in the State of Texas in our area and i dont just mean LCM or PNG I mean Beaumont , Port Arthur and Lumberton and so on. You can not get a better dollar entertainment anywhere and the hotdogs are great so bring the kids they will love it and you as well for taking them.

This will be a great game to watch , who ever wins! From what i read PNG hung in there very well and i think the way LCM is playing right now i would give my vote to LCM in three. LCM will need to keep the ball down and away from their batters and make the outs at key times during their line up. I believe they will hit off Brenham just like PNG did but keeping Brenhams hits down on the ground will be the key to winning these games.

My player of the week goes to the Nederland BullDogs Matison Smith , 10 -Ks and Solo Home Run or Jake Speed who also went yard on a very good pitcher. Both these kids have had two one gamers and have stepped up their play to help put their team in the hunt for a state title. Nederland has been the only team this year with two do or go home games and battled and have won both. These two kids and their teammates should all be players of the week. Besides most people felt that they never stood a chance even in their own district!

May hat is off to the Dogs ! Not only did they show SETX they could play some good baseball but all those that said they couldnt hit. How about Jake Speed , Thats Mr. Speed to the rest of you , who hit a bomb two weeks in a row and gave Nederland some working room for their pitcher Madison Smith. Who as i understand it crushed the ball over the left field wall to start the BullDog Attack. After that inning it was lights out for Kilgore . Great Job Madison !

They are all Good Pitchers but when it comes to having the game on the line and handling the pressure , He is the Best ! I have seen him out there smiling at times. What does that say about him? No , I will take him over all.
