Hey all i said they need a coach that can coach that kind of stuff. I think wueller is a great guy and great coach and great coaches make adjustments and i know he has no players to work with but you just got to change your strategy a little bit and hopefully wueller will do that. Thats good that Lumberton is getting a banner and hopefully with everyone names will be on it. Also they should have a picture of them as a team like the varsity football team so called has.

All i said was they need a coach that coaches to the players ability. KHS is right it starts with little dribblers so the coach needs to be involved with little dribblers some way to try and get the program rollin. Right now Lumberton does not have the athletes to be competitive thats just the way it is so the coach needs to coach his players to be fundamentally sound. Like play great defense, live and die doing blocking out drills, teach them how to break a press and be patient while there doing it, slowing the game down, play a game that teams don't like to play.........The coaches need to teach that.......I mean its all about being discpline and the players having the coaches respect.....

They need Athletes like they had back in 2000 when they made the playoffs and they need a good coach, a coach that can coach to the kids strenghts. Teach them how to slow the temp of the game down, make teams play a different game.

DickieV all there saying is that the kids could play at the 4a and 5a level. He's all around athlete. The kid had 1200 Rec and 23 tds in football and decided to go play football at Blinn. Let me say this, if he had the grades he would be going to play football at a Div 1 level becasue he had many offers but he has to stick with juco and get his associates Degree becasue his test score aren't to par...... and then go to div 1. He had basketball people offering him but for him to succeed and get to the next level at a good divison 1 then football is his sport. The kid is a great kid, works hard, great attitude, yes sir no sir type kid, and does whatever he can do to get better and makes no excuses and that is what you want from a athlete. I am telling you right now he would have started at any school around this area that is 4a or 5a becasue he can shoot from the outside too he has a 36 inch vertical and he's non stop through out the whole game..... but he had to play post for his team the 4 years he was at hardin. I mean you think you just know it all dickie v and you don't...becasue if you did you would be somewhere better than Lamar PA.......and he was a great small school player the kid average 24ppg and 10 reb. 8 block shots.....Offensive mvp this year and Def. Mvp last year in district....Like i said he scored 38 and 18 plus reb. this year against us. We were number 5 in state and we beat 3a crockett in a warm up game this year. Crockett has some great athletes and Marsh was better than all of them.

Dickie let me just say this.....I coached against marsh this year in the playoffs and he put up 39 and 17 reb. against us.....he was by far the best athlete we have seen all year.....I have coach against alot of good 4a and 5a kids and no doubt this kid could play at a good Jc and a Low division 1 right now and believe me he could go play for y'all at Lamar PA the guy is a great athlete and will only get better......He's a special athlete, I can promise you that.

12 players playes at the 4a and 5a level.........and 13 players will be playing at the college level......Northwestern,Tcu, Texas Tech,Colgate,Texas A&m Kingsville,John Brown Univ,Indiana Purdue Univ.,TX A&M Commerce,Cameron Univ,Odessa College,Trinidad State JC,Austin College.....its not a bad all-star game, DickieV just thinks he knows it all..........

My Buddy told me that there are 4 candiates and they will hire the new coach Monday sometime.

whs shutup seriously....hardin went 26-7 because of marsh he put up 38 points and 20 rebs against centerville and 30plus against ec and kountze both times......call the centerville coach he told the hardin coaches he was the best athlete they seen in the last 4 years on the basketball court......ec WAS GOOD BEC they have good athletes......with the athletes they have they should have went to state....but they didnt.....who did marsh have around HIM????hunter davis was ok as a sophmore and thats it.....marsh carried hardin on his shoulders.....centerville had two 6ft6 guys that weight 230 and marsh dominated them....

go farther than 2 rounds in the playoffs with div 1 athletes please......like i said 2-8 and 9-3 in one year....first time every to go to the 2nd round in the playoffs....that happen in one year......

y'all lost to the 3rd place team in the playoffs last year so be quiet......y'all were in offseason the next week while hardin was preparing for a playoff game so who cares.....I mean every team loses but who made it farther in the playoffs....with the talent that ec has they should go a whole lot father but it seems like valastro cant win the big one....when you got guys like tt,vance, raymond, trevino, and other good players and can't get past the first round something not right.....so hardin lost to ec but who won the playoff game....hardin won 2 games the yr before and then 9 games the next year....so thats what a good coach is made of.......building a program......EC has had TT now they have lost him so lets see what there made of and see if they can build a program......

Dickvitale you think you know everything..........stop sucking on 4a and 5a tit.......the marsh kid would be the 2nd best athlete on that court with tramain thomas..........he put up 22td and 1500 rec this yr in football, has a 35 inch vertical..the young man can play...he put up 35 plus against kountze and ec both times this yr and put up 38 and 20 reb against centerville and your telling me those aren't good teams.....your saying its 2a.......Brey and walker from kountze could play on the gamble team easy and marsh is just as better as them.....Thomas play in that district and marsh put up better numbers than he did.....

Central's Jamar Gulley and Nederland's Chris Hammond....and stats don't lie and he did not shoot the ball that much. He just a hell of a athlete that can play football and basketball...But no doubt in my mind he should be on the gamble team.

DickV considering he plays at the 2a level not 1a and prob plays in the best 2a district in the state of texas. He's atleast in the top 5 best players in the area. Also put up 35 and 30 against EC and Kountze when hardin beat theam.

Word has it Haynes is not interested in the job, he is to happy being back HOME......Insiders at lamar say they might give him a call....so who knows, but alot of my coaching buddies tell me that he's one of the best in the state of texas on the offensive side of the ball and might be better than briles or Dodge.

He will be fine, Hardin's freshmen matured alot at the end of the season. Plus hardin didn't have there starting post guy for the last 5 games due to grades and he's going to be a jr. So hardin and davis will be fine.

Hardin-Hunter Davis will be the next Tramaine in the district average 16.5 ppg in district this yr, Also has two returning starters back which were freshman this year.

Hunter Davis will be better than marsh.

Hardin will be better this yr, than last yr

its always good to play a game. Thats what Hardin did sat they got to run the floor a little and it kept them busy. hardin didn't press one time they played basic basketball and prob could have won by 70, but legget had two Ok players. I mean Hardin is preparing for Woden which is a slow tempo team that passes the ball alot on offense to make the defense rotate alot and thats what leggett showed hardin on sat. I say Hardin 60 and woden 48...tom night, When you got a guy like Marsh he can bring you a long ways....
