If we end up losing friday to Magnolia then it's all over. So you are so right these are must win games.

That's the game out of the three i'm most worried about. They did get beat by Brenham but then turned around and beat Montgomery. I think we have a good chance to win the next two. IMO!

I understand and no problem. Just trying to get some points for my Bulldogs.

I know Waller hasn't had the best of seasons , but Stratford hasn't impressed me at all this year so let's not put them in the playoffs right yet. There is still alot of football left. We play a beatable Magnolia team, a not so impressive Stratford and a really tough and very good West team. I see no reason we can't win two of three.

I've seen both teams play and both teams whipped us.  Montgomery has a very good team and an excellent quarterback , but Brenham has an excellent defensive line so they can and will bring the pressure. Their offense can score at will. Cubs win this one and win district. 35-7.

Sorry i'm late brenhamfan. Just wanted to say good game and best of luck the rest of the way. The cubs have a terrific team but like stated before that secondary could cause coach West some headaches down the road in the playoffs.I though our young quarterback did well only sacked once. We knew we were out manned but I thought we held our own. On the roughing the kicker the cubs didn't block the kick it was a clear penalty. I have a perfect view of every play so sorry the refs got it right.But like I said before good luck the rest of the way. Oh! on video Malcolm looks big but in person he is an unbelievable sight.

Brenhamfan. You said you said it perfectly about the game and rivalry. I know our chances don't look very good, but I do hope it's a good hard hitting game. Watching Malcolm Brown run after that catch last week is scary he is a tremendous talent. So I know we will have our hands full and them some. Best of luck Cubs! And bjimbo that short fat coach is a co worker and friend of mine and I know he would careless if you like him or not.

I can't stand the sight of the Brenham Cubs! I am from Waller so Brenhamfan knows what I mean.  The cubs always put a good squad on the field and I have to respect that.I think the cubs are on a mission this year and will be hard to slow down.West has improved every season , but I really don't think they can handle Brenham. Malcom Brown is a beast and the rest of the d is right behind him.Brenham 35-7! 8)

Thanks. We haven't had the best of seasons the last few years,but we have enjoyed the stadium.

I work at the high school our website has 1533 to start the year and we are up to 1583.

I know Waller is out of the southeast Texas area.So I'm just responding to bmtsoulja1 question.Wallers stadium was part of a 50 million dollar bond passed in 2007.Thanks for the good words we are very happy and proud of our new stadium.  8)

brenhamfan,when you said you can't stand waller don't worry the feeling is mutual.and as far as if Png can't take us out Brenham will.Maybe you should worry about your next opponents before worring about Waller. 8)

etbu, Don't feel bad Waller passed a bond last May to build a $17 million dollar stadium to be ready for next football season.And because of the lawsuits by a local judge the stadium probaly won't be ready until the following year after the district gets out of court. ???

Congrats to the 4A All State Team!! Hussey is an awesome running back and Johnson has a very bright future at the next level.But how can there not be any Broncos on the team.I'm not the biggest Bronco fan, But they had some very deserving players who should have made the team.As far as my Bulldogs.How can you leave off #19 Eddie Brown?This guy had a great year and is an excellent player.But alot of very good players get left off every year. ???

Waller was moving the ball when our quarterback threw the interception that was returned to the seven and set Dayton up to score and that gave them that much more momentum. It could have been 7-6 and a new game if we didn't turn the ball over.Turnovers went both ways and gave each team some breaks.If Dayton turns the ball over like they did Friday to any of the teams that are left their season is done.So don't sit there and say that Dayton's fumbles were the only one's that were a factor in the outcome because that is just crazy!

I have no bitterness towards the Broncos and I wish the Broncos team the best of luck Friday.I was wrong for the name calling, But i'm not just going to sit here and let some of your fans act like we didn't even belong there friday night.It was a great game and we are more than proud!The score could have gotten alot worse but all the things that happened to get Waller back in the game are part of the game.

You're right it was a shame one team had to lose and yes the better team Friday did win! You don't need 100 yard drives to win games.I give my props to Dayton they did slow Waller's offense down just enough to get the win.

As you should know turnovers,not executing , 4th and 3's,etc are all part of a football game.In no way was Waller dominated or run out of the Berry Center.And I recall one of Dayton's touchdown was setup because of a turnover.So don't act like Daytons defence shut Waller down everytime they had the ball because they didn't.And yes we cheered because regardless what the outcome was we love our DAWGS just as much as Dayton loves their Broncos.Oh yea during the third quarter when we did tie it up it was just as quiet on Dayton's side.So Good Luck next week Broncos!!!
