Bucof2010, ec's gonna be good, but look at it this way, thomas is not the "team" , ya'll beat warren by 10 last year, and this year, ya'll lost two starters,and we gained 1, im in no way disrespecting ec, but i believe things are going to be a little different this year, so ya'll bring ya'lls "A" game and we'll bring ours and well duke it out on the court, good luck to everyone this season, see yall when we play ya'll ;) ;) ;) ;)

cma123 , i played in that game, and the only thing i can say, besides that warren hasnt had practice yet, and we were missing mcbee and jennings,is that spurgers a good 1A team and they practice year around lol, ya cant expect warren to totally compete with that. everybody except 3 kids were in football, 2 of our starters hadnt even touched a basketball in forever. coacher carter took swinney and andrews out way before the game was over, so thats why the score was so high. when warren plays spurger next time, it will be an awsome game but i think things will be a little different, or at least the score will be closer lol ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

no disrespect towards deweyville, but it was high island, thats like warren playng comisneil, thats by no means anything to have bragging rights about

i agree catman, and these guys from spurger are good, i know warren plays agianst them and both teams win and lose to each other, but i know when i see talent and chase magallion and george whitticker are good. i love 1A cuz its so competitive. these to guys are dangerous on the court!! ;D ;D ;D

spurgers gonna be a good 1A team, they are defintley one of the best. west hardin isnt near what it was last year, but you got bid sandy and brooklyn. spurger has pate and jt sheffield, phillip and george, john and chase, the team is loaded with talent, but most of those boys are freshmen, george whittecker, is going to be awsome and i mean awsome by the time he is a jr or senior, and when that happends, look out!!!, another one to look out for is freshman chase magallion, give these kids a little bit to adjust to varsity, and your gonna have some very skilled b ball players

i know a put this post up, but....kountze is gonna be a great team, but not near what they were last year, the teams to beat in our 2a region is gonna be warren and ec. dont forget about kountze, their still gonna be good and their gonna beat a lot of people, im sayin warren and ec though, but i guess well have to wait till we all play each other, all three of these teams are VERY VERY well coached and each coach has had plenty of experience in the playoffs, this b ball season is gonna be great and defintley is going to be the most competitive, good luck to everyone ;) ;)

just to give a shout out, we all know that most likely, ec, warren kountze and hardin will be in the top four teams in 24-2aa, but do yall think anyone will beat ec and kountze on their home floor????

i know ec has thomas,and i agree, he is an awsome athlete, but remember, it takes 5, not one, im not saying warrens gonna blow past everybody, cuz were not, were gonna have to bring our "A" game when we play all of these teams, but, if warren beats ec and kountze at their house, look out boys, give warren about two weeks and let us get back in the groove. we havent had any practice and coach carter told us to keep our heads up, he entered us in that scrimmage just to play agianst some new compitition. that was the first actuall game since summer league. we play jasper friday and i honestly dont think we'll be ready, but jasper still in football, so me might make it, but like i said, give us a good two weeks of solid practice, and warren will live up to its potential, i promise

first of all, kountze and ec arent gonna be as good as they were last year, but their still gonna be awsome. kountze by far took the biggest hit, by losing 4 starters, but kountze also had a great bench, wich will be playin this year. ec returns with thomas and vance, but then the warren warriors return with almost eveybody. warren lost granger and rawls, but they have robert hullet, blake higginbotham, brandon young, blake riley, and trey jennings(6-4) playin, plus, alomost the whole club from last year starting, i think its gonna be a close, and i mean close race in this district, but i believe warren will come out on top, but like i said, this is going to be by far the best district to watch in texas, no doubt ;D
