  1. i think lumberton is off to a good start. winning that first game of the season is important and especially winning it on the road. i still have to give bridge city the edge in this one. the fact that bc is coming off a bye week should give them a slight advantage. bc usually plays well at home also and dishon is a great athlete. i think this game will be close, my prediction BC-28, Lumberton-21. let me say this i have been impressed with lumberton so far. they seem to have the right attitude and a strong desire to win.
  2. man i wish that game was played on saturday, it sounded like a classic beaumont bowl game. if it was today i would have been there. 8)
  3. that was a very scary situation with lc-m quarterback. he's a good football player and hopefully will have a speedy recovery. I wish President and his family all the best.
  4. Best wishes and hopefully a speedy recovery for lc-m quarterback, President Driver.

  6. thanks, but no thanks. i actually feel as though that game could go either way. i haven't seen jasper, but i have seen barbers hill(even though it was a scrimmage) if the hill has improved as much as everyone is saying then it could be a victory for you guys. basically, i'm on the fence about this game.

  10. i think west brook wins, but if central wins i would not call that an upset because central is pretty tough too.

  13. Lumberton maybe turning their program around which is good, but they need to crawl before they walk. if they can finish the season at 5-5, or 6-4 that would be great. i just think that nederland, dayton, central, and ozen are going to be the ones fighting it out for playoff spots.
