  1. i couldnt agree more. this is very well put. rhodes and garrett are both great running backs, but like you said, johnson plays the hardest position on the field. johnson had an amazing season. he deserves district mvp and i think he'll get it. i think the silsbee team has a lot of first teamers. i was slightly biased towards the offensive line of silsbee but i stand by what i say and i think at least four out of six should get first team.
  2. you're right silsbee didnt go, but silsbee had a great team. both games against jasper and kville were decided by less than a touchdown and couldve went either way. i didnt see an offewnsive line unit better than silsbees. silsbees o-line dominated every team they faced this season with the exception of jasper who only had 2 sacks
  3. no not biased but as i watched them play throught season the tigers had a great o-line and didnt allow hardly any sacks. maybe 5 at the most
  4. moron huh? thats a nice one... although i dont think we're supposed to call names on this forum. maybe i didnt understand. s0o0o well im not gonna talk anymore... you'll see when the time comes
  5. great point bob lee swagger and you tool the words right out of my mouth. anymore from the peanut gallery?
  6. look buddy, silsbee dropped down and dominated football the following year and have made playoffs three out of the past four years in football. baseball 2 out of three. there were some breakdowns last season on the base ball field but you can bet everything you have that those breakdowns will be and most already are eliminated this year. silsbee is bringing back way too much firepower for this district and ya'll cant handle it. oh, and p.s. silsbee dominates basketball girls and guys and volleyball, and softball.... anymore negative comments
  7. well whenever silsbee wins district dont be suprised because im making the call now
  8. no my friend you should start dreamin about your team, whoever they may be, watchin their season go down the drain on acount of silsbee's domination. so buckle your seatbelt and get ready for a bumpy ride for the rest of the 21- 3a baseball district
  9. well no offense roger, i watched silsbee play summer ball all summer long against all the disrict teams and wo-s looked the best out of all 'em other than silsbee i dont know where you're from or who you root for but silsbee will be a powerhouse in the district... mark my words, write 'em down, and chissel 'em in stone because it will happen
  10. i dont know murphy but a couple of my buddies do so ive heard about him my prayers go out to him and his family
  11. 1. silsbee 2. jasper 3. bridge city and about OF... please give one good game they have preduced since '05 even their summer ball was horrible
  12. silsbee/ jasper silsbee only lost 2 starters and a pitcher the other pitchers have a lot of experience and mcdonald is one of the best the catcher has been filled in nicely by steven bird and center field has a lot of options in which to choose from silsbee brings a lot of speed to the table and a lot of talent too many weapons not be a selection
