silsbee's girls did not win the meet...hamshire-fannett girls won the "Silsbee Tiger Relays"

hamshire-fannett won the silsbee meet the past week....i also predict them to win district...as they did last year

I'm not from any of these three schools, but I would like to say all three are GREAT players. Each person is the most vital part to their team. Orangefield would suffer without KK, HJ would suffer without KB, and Silsbee would suffer without Ang. However, I believe Orangefield and HJ would still make the playoffs without their superstar. I do not believe Silsbee would have a chance at the playoffs without Ang Green. To me...that's why she is the MVP...with her they are in the playoffs...without her...they wouldn't be there. KK may have the best three point shot of the three and KB may be the best high school passer in girls basketball...but neither one of them can do everything. Ang does everything...and I know her defense is a little rough...but when you have to spend so much energy on offensive and do it yourself..it's hard to play defense...words from Tracy McGrady when he was on the Orlando Magic. To me the biggest problem is this...there is no exact definition on an MVP.

KK and KB are great players...but they also have a great supporting role players. Ang Green is Silsbee. And someone said it earlier...she can shoot from anywhere. She can anywhere from point to post. MVP=Most Valuable Player. I believe the other schools could still compete without their stars. I do not think Silsbee could compete without Ang Green. Any three girls are great players but I believe if you look at it without a biased opinion...it has to be Ang Green. What can she not do?

I really think Taylor Eaves from H-F should have been first team not to take anything away from the ones that were of course

Hamshire-Fannett won consolation!! they went 3-1 throughout the tournament. the first lost went to ozen by 10. then they beat Liberty, Tarkington, and Reagan! GO LADY HORNS!!!

h-j will win this one with no problem...i predicted h-j to win by at least 20.

hamshire-fannett beat hemphill by 11! this was a good game. the lady horns came out strong and finished stronger...they're gonna be a tough team to watch out for. i pick either them or silsbee to win this tournament!
