  1. You need to stick with predicting volleyball scores & outcomes. PNG wins by 28. Next week will be real ugly for the Blundering Bears @ the Rez.
  2. It might had been a little much to say the above post, but it was funny for me at least. As for as name calling, you need to take a few steps back and look in the mirror. You used a really poor choice of words, for I'm in the total opposite direction of the word DUMB. After Friday night, Lumberton will be wishing they were playing any local SE Texas JV team. The only way Lumberton could score 14 points would be that the 2nd and 3rd team players for Dayton were in. Good Luck L-Town, you will need it.
  3. With all honesty, I believe the JV Dayton team would whip-up on the Varsity L-Town team. I seen a few highlights on TV an Internet and L-town looks really small. How are they even going to compete? Dayton will win 42-14.
  4. The weather for the game Friday night is going to be awesome. With this being said, every turnover Ozen commits will be the doing of a mighty PNG Defense. This one will not even be close. PNG defense is hard to score on and the offense (since the change) will score at will. I'll say 35-7 PNG.
  5. This game will not even be close. PNG will win by two to three TD's and this is showing a little respect to the panthers. Ozen is never discipline and coach well these last few years and next Friday night you will see the same. The PNG offense everyone saw in the LM & Crosby game is gone. If the old Bread & Butter would have been in existance those nights we would be 3-0 right now. Our D has been good the whole year against great offensives excluding Silsbee. All you have to do is look at the points we have given up. (19, 7, 0)
  6. The beginning of this thread ask "Is Lumberton good??", my answer to that is NO!! They have played the same cupcake schedule just like the previous years and it keeps getting thier hopes up for a run at district. Once district starts next Friday the dream will be over for all you L-Town boys & girls. Seven weeks after next Friday night L-town will be traveling to a PNG, Nederland, or Central playoff game with thier school L-shirts in full spirt. It happens EVERY year. ;D
  7. Those averages came against a weak defensive team out of 3A. Dayton may have lost their QB for the season & maybe next, but he is just one player(very good player I might add). Football is a team sport and next Friday you Lumberton fans will once again cry in defeat within another district game. Dayton will win by 21pts. ;D
  8. News flash, when I was referring to the two Good Offense's, Silsbee wasn't one of them. Anyway your Tigers weren't running the veer Friday night, if they were, it had a little turnover mixed in.
  9. You make a good point Dave, but remember PNG's Defense averages less than 9 points given up in a single game. With this being the case the old "Bread & Butter" just needs to work for a few touchdowns a game. Also remember this point average is against three spread offense's, two of which were very good.
  10. 3A??? This is just like a L-Grad, always bringing up the past. You need to focus on today and that spells another losing season for the Raiders.
  11. Everyone keeps doubting PNG's offense. I know they haven't proven them self yet, but MB will be going away from the spread this week and points will be put on the board. I feel really sorry for Silsbee, because they will reek the punishment of PNG's power game.
