52-21 Mart
I see you ,...30points ............lol ,want,happen
ok  :P
Yep, you were right,  thanks to that gimme touchdown at the end if the game. It was only a 28 point margin.
2. I say that for the SA posters trolling the forums posting on the Mart threads....mart respects the team they are playing that week.
3.
I am tired of hearing all of this crap about Mart having a winning tradition.  These are different kids from the good teams in the past.  They may have a winning attitude, but if they do not turn it into points they will not be going far.  West Sabine needs to go out and handle their business on defense.  Hit em hard, and dont give em a inch!
The Mart team this year is practically the same one that took the field last year. Reached the semi's last year...not bad for a rebuilding year following a state championship. It's so annoying when a team has a little success and thinks they have established themselves.  When you get multiple state championships, 700+ all times then hate on others. I love how San Augustine fans are so concerned with this game!!!!
4. Lovelady is a dang good team...unfortunately they were odd man out this year in D22, any other district they would be playing right now. You can bank on that. Franklin won the games they needed to in order to get where they are at. It might not look like they had a tough district but it wasn't exactly a cake walk.
5. Mart:39 playoff appearances, 76 wins and four state championships '57,'69,'99 and '06 Hull-Daisetta: 30 playoff appearances, 23 wins and one state championship? I think Mart knows how to play real football.
6. I think D22 showed D23 'what real football is all about' last night. ;D Bremond 49-8 Normangee 32-6 Mart keeps it rolling tonight...
7. BTW, Where's Mart?? Let's play 'em tonight!! LET'S GO BOBCATS!!! Said the same thing when I heard Hull-Daisetta. It's about 30 minutes east of Waco.
8. ... In 2007 it was to pretty much the same Lovelady(8/9 returners) team that couldn't get out of that district this year. Ummmmm...that Lovelady team would have had a playoff spot in almost any other district in the state. It was a dogfight to the end in D22 between Mart, Bremond, Normangee and Lovelady.... I don't know of anybody who would like to think that this was a cake walk district muchless would want to have their team in the mix.
9. Who has HD played this year? Joharr73--->In reference to "Mart sounds too confident, Bobcats will surprise them!" Those that are commenting are not from Mart but are merely supporting our district. No one from Mart is overlooking HD. They have earned the right to be in the playoffs for a reason. And as you have seen with Rablwo and I, we also frequent this site too. I am sure you are just supplying bulletin board material but don't try to make it look like Mart is going into this game looking ahead. Don't take comments that you read on another site out of context and post em on here. Good luck to all those still playing this week!
10. I beg to differ....I know one of the top candidates for the position who was interviewing today...should hear how it went later on this evening.
11. Mart is in the the same basketball district with Chilton, Valley Mills, Bosqueville, Riesel, and Axtell. Football is Iola, Lovelady, Normangee, Riesel and Bremond. Should be some good competition, wish it was a little closer to home though...
12. Just because your still in high school, I'm going to leave this one alone..... :
13. A time or two... EC is 0-6 vs Mart? : My point is that football is 'king' all over the state and the central Texas area has lots of tradition, with the records to prove it. Not knocking on what y'all got goin on down there...so keep the panties from waddin'...
14. Every time I've gone to SE Texas, Mart's just ended up spanking East Chambers...guess they aren't part of the best high school teams in the state :'( Last year, the Waco area had 5 teams representing in state games. Not too bad in a place where football isn't king. :
