I saw it on the news also. Great Fan Support reminds me of the Mid-County Teams. Go Raiders keep that L-Train running down the playoff tracks!!!!!! -
What schools will be looking to make a change?
big_james replied to DP#1FAN's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
MEMORIAL is PAISD and when the current coach came back to PAISD he had to keep allot of the assistant coaches. The current coach at Mermorial is the best one they have had in their history. PAISD school board and administration keeps their finger too deep into that program, of course they have always been that way. -
Way to go Raiders 9-1. I hope you run deep into the 4A playoffs you all deserve it this year.

Looks like the Mid-County Haters are alive and well! Nederland had a record of 7-3 this year, not bad, better then Centrals I do believe, and better than SFA since they don't exist any longer. You all are jealous! :o Nederland had a young football team and will be in hunt for the playoffs next year. BMTSoulja and SFA85 has either of your schools been to the playoffs 11 straight years and won a the bi-distrcit round each of those 11 years ??? I didn't think so. Mid-County is still in the playoffs, PNG is in Mid-Jefferson County last time I looked on a map. Sclap'em Indians Scalp'em As for PNG, Lumberton and Dayton I hope all three teams have a long run in the playoffs.

Dayton enjoy your only week in the top 25, cause when PNG beats you tonight you'll be gone.
-
Sometimes a great team such as the Great Raider Nation has to beat the oppsoing team and the refs. Just as TJ did at WOS in 1980, just ask Ronnie Thompson, Todd Dodge and crew. And as for winning in Vidor that can be harder than it looks for some reason.
-
I'm praying for you PATITAN
-
Nederland at Lumberton PN-G at Dayton LC-M at Vidor Central at Ozen Silsbee at Jasper Hardin at E. Chambers Kelly at Houston St. Pius
-
Front page of the Port Arthur News states Co-Champs battle Looks like Port Arthur News knows something the rest of us don't I do have to thank the Port Arthur News for the Friday Night Experince. I love see the Mid-County teams on TV
-
So the refs got you beat at the REZ? ??? ? PNG had nothing to do with that lost? Come on give me a break! The L-Train will be derailed in Lumberton tonight in front of your home crowd, sorry it's hard to believe a team that is 8-2 will not make the playoffs isn't it. I do have a question where did you all come up with the nick name of the L-Train ??? Just wondering, it is better than BOJO.
-
According to the Lumberton Fans at work, Nederland doesn't even have to show up tonight because the Raiders have already won. I hope that the L-Train really believes that. I love being the underdog, I think Nederland plays better when they are the underdogs. Nederland by 10+ points Cause PNG will beat Dayton tonight (Same reason Dayton thinks they are going to put a beat down on the other mid-county school like they did to Nederland, sorry don't think so)

Racism is a two way street patitan. It's like the kettle calling the pot black. -
TJ won that game I was there in my Maroon and Gold
-
I watched a game there in 1980 really didn't enjoy it much, it was cold and my team got beat by the MOJO. I thnk TJ would have been State Champs if they would have played at the dome and took the cold weather out of the game.
