8U Sun Devils Tryout The Sun Devils softball organization is growing. We are in the process of building a stronger future. The organization is starting up a brand new 8U team that will consist of players born in 2007 and 2008. Our tryout dates will be July 1st and 2nd 6 – 8 PM @ the Sun Devils Facility 3810 N Major Drive, Beaumont Please call (409) 626-0363 to register, as this will help us better organize the tryout. We will most certainly take any and all players that decide to walk up the day of either tryout. Each player only needs to attend one tryout. The plan for this team will not be to compete initially for state or national recognition but more to learn the fundamentals of the game and to grow as a team with a great work ethic, a positive attitude, and a fun environment. Keep in mind this will be a young team and we look forward to coaching the fun and fundamentals of the game and not coaching the fun out of the game. We are excited to start this new chapter in the Sun Devils organization and we look forward to seeing you and your daughter at our tryouts.
