it's one thing to play a weak school,but then to brag about it and try and make it seem like that school is legit is down right wrong. that's why i trash other "schools". not only that,but we had to play fb because and cc ray.why??? BECAUSE MC AND BMT STRAIGHT UP DIDN'T WANT TO PLAY US!!! why would the district want to spend money on hotels,charter buses,and kids missing 2 days worth of school??? for the fun of it??? some "schools" have/had a choice to play a school much closer and better and they wimp out. i'm only honering a bet i made if nederland had beaten central.

we didn't play the tyler schools two in a row. tyler lee played some out of state team. sorry i count all victories. had we lost to ray and fb,you would have counted them. 6-7.

2-8 as far as preseason??? that is incorrect. we beat cc ray twice,lamar twice,clear creek, we also played forrest brook(i shouldn't count that one)and won. we lost to s.v.twice,we lost to lufkin,both tyler schools,lost to mid-land lee twice. that's atleast a 6-7 record during that span

are in or out??? hopefully we will have enough people to sub or just play on one side of the ball.

this was a tradition from another board long time ago.I'M TALKING FLAG FOOTBALL!!! we had alot of fun with it and got to put names and faces together. we are all out of shape,which makes this more fun. we would have an after game meal and present a trophy. we would have jefferson co. vs. orange co. and play at wo-s stadium and at bulldog stadium(it was central location...trust me!!!). if interested,we need a head count of who would participate before anything else is said. 10/27 is the date. time:depending if we get some cool weather.if it's how it is now,4.p.m.?? indicate j.c. or o.c.(jefferson/orange co.) anyone from the woods would be orange co.(k-ville newton,etc...) 1.patitan- j.c. 2. 3. 4.

powdrill is one reciever and you can bet he will be doubled. he's our freddie king. i haven't heard much of brooks passing game without talking about him. who else they have??? i still think brook wins this thing easy.

this was brought up on the sister site htxsports on why this site and this forum is so busy. this is the one and only site dedicated to highschool football in the triangle and east texas. houston forums show the triangle no love.

ummm....nederland don't play contenders in the beginning. i take you back to the 2002-2005 PAM schedule!!! we played powerhouses and ranked teams.

nederland= 2-3 rds and done. i give ya'll this and as much as i hate to say it,ya'll gonna be in the playoffs due to 3 strong team and the rest is weak. so it's almost a given. you face the little scrub teams that barly got into the playoffs,which are pretenders,then bow out to the contenders. GO DOGS!!! arf!!!

i like our chances dealing with one back than two. with this defense we should be able to somewhat slow michaels down. what i mean by that is try to wear him down. he's gonna get his yards,but lets try to cut 250yards in half. if whitmore is on powdrill,it's gonna be a long night for PAM.if gardner is on him,it's gonna be shut down on that side. pearland have nothing this year. i saw them and they have nothing. i don't think they can beat or hang with katy. the sho would be a good for them.

nederland beat central and brenham. they get points for those teams. okay now,central have been up and down all year. soulja know his team and sounds like coaching and imo poor qb play. so,they lucked out. brenham's secondary is weak and scared and sampre(sp) picked them apart. bellows would have been eaten alive had he started. bellows is good,but against who??? look at the combined record of the teams nederland played(remove central and brenham). nederland is a second rd team at this point. GO BULLDOGS!!!(HOLDING UP A SILLY BET)

okay,first off soulja,i gotta ride with whoever gonna take out mc lol. the jags canstill get pn-g. right now lumberton is playing at a high level.they remind me of dickinson,who is undefeated and just knocked off friendswood. oh... GO BULLDOGS!!!....yeah :-\

what adjustments have mc made??? none. nederland made an adjustment due to injury. pn-g went back to "smash mouth",but still blitz everyone. no personel changes.

i hate to see that happen...but,it sure helps us when we play them. that's assuming he's out that long. if michaels get some steam going,you ain't stopping him!!! he killed us last year. like wbbear said,you can take atleast a good 14 points off the board along with 120 yards on the ground.

if anybody gotta a chance is brook and they are a 4th rd team. 22-4a have NO chance at going to state in football. i really wish people would stop saying team a beat team b. that should mean we should win because we beat team a. i bet pn-g think they can beat lamarque. lamarque would blow pn-g out of the water. the difference is,these teams make adjustments. pn-g o-line wouldn't see the same players they saw before. they moved people around. on both sides of the ball.
