Sorry Icewater I thought you were talking about the junior tackle game. The game I was at WOS did not have 2/3 tds called back... But you are so right, you can't claim them if you don't catch them...lol... I wish that millionaire thing would work out for me too... My son is in college so it is nice to get to get out and watch some exciting football games. Just a fan in the stands, still have family and friends I have to get out and support. Hopefully they get to meet again.... Good luck to both teams

Sorry to upset the whisperer... I only had a question / suggestion. It's not a knock on the STJFL board. It just seems like a good way to keep scores under control and still allows every kids a chance to play, improve, and do their best. I was no saying don't play by the rules, cause what ever the rules are is how it is. Maybe should think about voting on a rule change at some point.

Icewater I happened to make that game, you missed a pretty good game. I only say you missed the game because if your saying LCM won because of home cooking you surely weren't there. The score probably could have been worse what I seen. Couple of dropped touchdown passes and touchdown called back. Should have been LCM 20 something to WOS 0 at halftime. Hopefully LCM will be ready again if they meet cause they know WOS will want revenge

Dont really post so not looking for flappin award but just had a question? Why cant the 28 pt mercy rule stay like it is, then when there is a 40 pt lead the score board goes off, score is locked in at that point. Time still runs as normal allowing these 2nd and 3rd string kids to get playing time and try their best, as they want to get better also. To tell a kid  who is excited that he is finally getting to run the ball or a kid who intercepts a ball, to try not to score is ridiculous. Their parents paid money, those kids work hard at practice, they want to be able to tell friends and family they scored a TD. The ones who are more concerned about the score is the parents. Sorry but I think it looks worse to see the other team kneeling the ball on 1st down or running out of bounds on purpose to not score. Now everyone can tell me why this just wont work, lets hear it

Not much talk about the small schools, seen 4 teams, looks like LCM team is strong
