The camp website is www.jimgilliganbaseballcamps.com.   The first session is June 15th-19th and is designed for ages 6-12 to work on the fundamentals of baseball and improve as baseball players by working with college players and coaches. There are two options with half day ($175) and full day ($250)camps. Lamar Baseball has teamed up with Jason's Delie to offer a lunch box that will be delivered daily for only $25 more. This ensure that lunch won't be left at home and will be a nutritional meal.   The second session is June 22nd-24th and is for ages 6-18. This session will focus on the pitching aspect of baseball in the morning and the hitting aspect in the afternoon. The camps are $150 each or you may sign up for both at a discounted $275. This session is a great way for high players to be seen by the Lamar coaching staff and receive baseball instruction geared for those that want to play at a college level. Lunch is still offered for the same $25.   For more information or register for the camps, please call 409-880-8327 or go to www.jimgilliganbaseballcamps.com.

The hitting camp will begin at 11am to 2pm and is for ages 6-18. All campers will get instruction for mechanics of the swing as well as help improving their own personal swing. For the younger campers, this will be a great tune up to the upcoming season. For the older campers, this is a great chance to get in front of the coaching staff for potential future recruiting as well as tuning up their game for the upcoming spring season. The cost of this camp is just $50 and you can register at the website below or print off your registration and bring it to the camp that day. The pitching camp will begin at 2pm and goes until 5pm for the same ages, 6-18.
