CORRECTION: The quote I'm responding to was from Farmer Fran
 2.
All juniors! So either way, win or lose looks good for next year! Truly a great group of kids Surratt has returning, but looking at Silsbee's starters it looks like y'all will have a good many returning also. Best of luck to both teams, safe travels to & from the game, & may we have an injury free game.
With all of the juniors who will be playing in tonight's game (10 of 11 offensive starters for the Dawgs, star QB & hoss NG for the Tigers), we could well be seeing the same two teams going up against each other the same time next year.
 3.
That Silsbee kicker also had back spasms while kicking that 35 yard field goal.
Very impressive! There has been a lot written about Silsbee's return game.  How many TDs have they scored on kick returns this season?  Other info available (e.g., # of KO & punt returns & associated yardage for each)?  Is Hamilton doing all of the damage?
 4.
special teams will be the difference *hint*  ;)
Are you referring to the fact that the Carthage kicker (who has kicked 40 yard FG) has a stronger leg than the Silsbee kicker (whose 35 yard FG last week hit the crossbar)?
 5.
...I bet the bank Nobody is blocking Seth Adams
It will be fun to watch and see.  Carthage's 2 junior OGs are huge - one weighs 325 & the "small" one weighs 275.
 6.
FYi Silsbee also has a DL going D1 and a few other D1 players.
That's what makes the Texas high school football playoffs great
 7.
Guys, I am from Carthage and I will fill you in on a few things...Mostly Juniors on this team.  Most of the front 7 on offense, the QB, and RB are juniors too.  Don't remember about wideouts.  Defense is tuff.  Hard to run up the middle on them and they cover ground really fast.  From the post ya'll put, I understand ya'll have speed.  Carthage has speed and has seen great speed this year.  All the fans better hold on for this one......it will be good.  Of course I pick the Dawgs even it is just by 1.
Carthage starts 10 juniors on offense.  All 3 of the WRs are juniors; one of them has more than 1,000 yards in receptions. One of the DTs is committed to A&M.  He will play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio in January.  He is currently ranked 11th in the country at his position by Rivals.  Good luck!
