I'll not only give you my opinion, Badboy Blue, I'll give it to the whole world (that reads this post).  B-I-G....N-E-D baby.  Bmt is explosive...but they will bomb out against the real Bulldogs.  Get ready for a seat at the second place table bmt! Of course, that is my opinion, and I'm sure it is not widely accepted on this forum....but it is correct.
Shockg, i used to like ur posts, but u just ruined it.  ;) you get on one topic and use "football logic" and then u get on the peewee topic and blurt out this post which has no logic what so ever. Its ok tho, on Sunday u can post and tell everyone how those words taste.
I follow my inner football logic...but I also have roots.  And those roots tie me to Nederland.  If it makes you feel better, my pick was 90% roots and 10% logic.  I really do think Nederland will make a strong showing.  Bmt is very good though, but never say never.  I'll definitely eat my words...and report on the taste.  Having eaten my words many times, they usually don't taste bad.  :D
I just ate my words.  I report to you that my words do not taste so good.  Kinda like bile.  But in all seriousnous, good game bmt, great season.  Great players, and great coaching as well.  Congrats.
 2.
you will be lucky to hit 50%  ;)
There's that math again.  I didn't realize I picked 3 PNG teams to win.  I just went down the line.  I may rethink the Jr. PNGw pick.  I'm an undecided voter in this thing....and like always, my vote doesn't count anyway.  :(
 3.
My prediction... PNG P wins LC wins Bmt B wins WOS wins Vid W wins WOS wins Lum B wins Congrats to all the teams that made it this far and good luck Sunday!
My predictions...as if you care: PNGp (flag) BCr (flag) Nedb (PW) - Go underDOGS WOS (jr) PNGw (jr) - After reviewing all the math, I'll still stick with PNG in this.  If they do win, they will have earned it.....Vidor is tough. WOS (sr) - Small School?  They are better than the big schools to. PNGp (sr) - I have heard nothing but how LumB is going to win this.  I even thought so myself.  I am changing my vote....I'm a sucker for an underdog. As for the spread on each game, Vegas has not released the official numbers, so I'll wait until they come out to predict my scores. Congrats to all the kids that made it, and congrats to all the teams, coaches, players, and parents, for making this year of youth football fun.
 4.
VIDOR-----------POINTS PER GAME-----38 (ALL GAMES) PNG-WHITE----- POINTS PER GAME-----30 (ALL GAMES) VIDOR-----------POINTS ALLOWED PER GAME---5 (ALL GAMES) PNG-WHITE------POINTS ALLOWED PER GAME---18 (ALL GAMES) Should be a good game!
VP 93....I may get you to do my taxes.
 5. I've crunched the numbers, putting them through the pythagorean theorem, and can report that a[s]2[/s]+b[s]2[/s]=c[s]2[/s], with a being the median points allowed, divided by points scored by Vidor at home, and b being the same, but for PNG points at their home, and solving for c.  C=pie.  This game will end in a pie. Sorry...when a prediction in youth football resorts in unlicensed math usage, and then critiques over said unlicensed math usage, I feel the need to get my protractor out.  I stick by my prediction from earlier.

 7. And as an aside...I don't really care who wins.  I just hope to see two good teams play.  From the looks of the big school sr. division, there were 4 or 5 worthy teams in my opinion (my team not being one of them).  It's for the kids, but overall it helps all our communities.  Sports, especially football, build character.  Whether they play forever, or just as youths, these kids will have added tools to their life toolbox.  Sounds hokie and hippyish...but it is true.  Winning is very important, but it is not everything, not at this age.  (go ahead..say it...spoken by a loser).  Maybe it is for the coaches and parents, but we are never to old to step back and just enjoy the experience.  I apologize for going all Oprah on y'all.  I'm like an onion...I have layers.  And I stink.  And not many people like me.

Lum B by 30+ they played the better PNg team and beat them by 20 twice.
You are always good for a laugh, never giving PNG-P a chance.  Like I pointed out before I'm not sure how you assume white was better from my understanding white beat purple by 2 when purple was something like 5 startes short.  I'm sure purple has your non bias predictions posted all over their fridges.  I understand your feelings are hurt since you have picked against them most of the year and they continue to win. Go Vidor!
You do realize that Lum B beat PNG P 32-0 already right?
Bradyb...you are like always right some of the time.  I just looked at the stjfl schedules, and PNGp did lose to LumB.  It was the second week of the season though.  You know as well as I that teams are not the same the second week as they are the first.  I don't know what PNGp did to get better, but they obviously did get better.  They beat a great LumW team...twice...that happened to beat LumB and the other PNG team.  I don't know what it all means, and I don't disagree with your ultimate prediction, I just disagree with your logic.  My tuesday prediction is the same as my monday prediction....but I am not using bradyb logic...I'm using random youth football logic.  This game should be a good one.
shockg, Lumberton-B beat PNG-W.....twice.... by 22+......and  PNG-W beat PNG-P.
From what I understand, the PNGw and PNGp game was a toss up...and PNGp was missing their starting backfield.  Somehow PNGp was ranked #2.  They beat a team...twice...that beat both teams.  PNGp shut Vidor out, and Vidor almost (and probably should have) beat PNGw.  I think it only shows a parity in SR Big School, but is not something to base a prediction on...in my opinion.  Of course, my opinions are open to interpretation.  From the sounds of it....PNGp should not even step on the field.  I guess they are the underdog, I'll give that to them.  Being a dog myself, I always like that in a team.  Maybe my prediction tomorrow will be for PNGp instead of LumB.  ;D

 11. I think this will end in a tie.  If not, PNGW barely pulls this off.  Vidor W is tough though.  Good luck and congrats to both teams.  Both seem well coached.
 12. Who's going to win this?  I said it before, then said something different, and then said it again:  Lumberton Blue is ELITE.  I don't see them losing this one, unless they don't win.  I think LumB could beat some high school teams....for real.  And before anyone attacks my statement, I am not speculating or rumor-milling that LumB has high school kids on their team, but I'd like to thank the LumB player that drove my son to the store this weekend....I kid, I kid.  But seriously, they are a good team.  I haven't seen much of PNGP to know, but they did look pretty good against LumW.  My (Monday) prediction:  LumB wins by a field goal.  Seriously...that kicker they have, I think his name is Jan Stenerud, is better than my fantasy football kicker.  I reserve the right to change my opinion.  Statements made in this post do not indicate the position of this forum or any teams, organizations, or cults that may or may not participate in youth sports.
 13. I'll be watching Jr. Vidor White play Jr. PNG Gray on main field at 9AM.  I may stick around after that one and watch Jr. Kountze play Jr. WOS on the main field at 11AM.
 14.
Thank You! What a bunch of cry babies........sounds like a bunch of High School girls gossiping about boys  ::)
I cannot speak for the rest of the responders, but I am a cry baby.  :'( I do not, however, know how high school girls gossip about boys.  As for bobcat, I agree 100% and think having an organization in STJFL host a playoff is benificial to that org., and the STJFL as a whole.  Orangefield always has grade A facilities, coaches, and volunteers.  I would rather an organization like that (or any others in STJFL) gain something than nobody gain anything.  I promise to keep my posts from here on out relevant to the topic at hand.  This post was paid for and sponsored by the commitee to allow shockg to post.
