  1. Finally, some offense, but I don't like the amount of time left on the clock.
  2. Found a hook up... 37-33 Goodrich, 4 min. left in 3rd quarter.
  3. I ought to, but I had to work tonight. Luckily the kshn.com connection is working, or I'd be really going crazy!
  4. Hardin is losing 13 seniors. All of which will be missed, but I'd have to say Marsh and Nolan will be hardest to replace.
  5. Lufkin JV really is a good team though. Saw them in BS, they can play with any team in our area no doubt. Very solid team. Game sounds like it was close. But like it was said already, missing lay-ups and FT are a no - no.
  6. Man, I figured Hardin would win, but did not expect this...
  7. Good game by Hardin, except the score shouldn't have even been this close. Hardin started the stall in the 3rd period. HF got it to within 7 or 8 I think, but Hardin was up by 18 at one point early in the 3rd. HF has some good athletes, real quick, missed alot of shots that had they fallen in, game would have been closer. Nolan had about 6 or 7 steals. Marsh looking good...
  8. #7 Probably going to jail. Not to mention, never play a UIL sanctioned sporting event again.
  9. EC is just missing a huge part of their team in McDonald being out. They will do what they always do, make a run for a district title and then into the play-offs, IMO. But I can't say its football keeping them out, because Hardin played one more week of football than EC, and Hardin beat em pretty easily. I think its mainly the absence of McDonald. In EC defense, Silsbee is just a very good team. Saw them in BS, and was really impressed.
  10. In alot of the voting it means a unanimous decision. Don't know for sure here though.
  11. Hardin won. 59-56. Good game, Hardin still playing a little sloppy, just still very early for most of the players. Marsh looking very good...
  12. Hardin played better than I expected. Given the fact that has already been mentioned. Nolan, Marsh, Day, Davis, and a Freshman James, all played despite having been on the gridiron the day before. HD looked really good, Elliot can light it up from just about anywhere on the court. Tre Smith is as good at BBall as he is at football. Alot of good players, a really deep team. Their bench comes in and they don't skip a beat.
  13. Agree, my computer is making all kinds of different images out of this forum. Looks neat though sometimes. Come on L-Train, pour some more coal in that engine.
  14. Dayton is manhandling a very good team in Texas City. I told yall, this is the team I would not want to play against right now. Dayton looking strong!
  15. Two words: Turnovers, and penalties. Can't do em in the play-offs. Crawford is a really good team, not making excuses, because they definately deserved to win today. As oldschool said, Hardin could not shut down their rushing attack. Hardin's ofense moved the ball ok, just had a couple of bad breaks (with a turnover in the end-zone, penalty which nullified a 70 yard pass reception) and so on. A real clean game, lot of class on both sides. Great job Hornets on a very exciting year, I have totally enjoyed watching you guys play.
