need to give it a break! its real easy to sit on the sidelines and complain! Everyone needs to just be grateful that their kids have a place to play youth football.  NO one is perfect but I sincerely think these people are trying to do the best they can! Everyone has options, you can either get involved by coaching, or running for a board position, or going elsewhere. Nothing or no one is perfect! That being said Thank you STJFL and PNGYFA for give me and my son the opportunity to play youth football!

back to subject! PNG W 14 - BMT G 0. How bout rest of scores please. And does anyone know where the first round of playoffs will be? and or expected match ups. I think most divisions pretty much know whos in by now.

Yes PNG W got blanked. 2 mins into the game we had one of our key players, starting OLB and Starting Tailback suffer a major injury that will require surgery this week. Our team was an emotional wreck after that, we had 3 or 4 kids that wanted no part of the game after seeing that happen. Lumberton scored 3 TD's before halftime. Our coaches were able to make some defensive adjustments and we only gave up 1 td after that. We made adjustments on the offense also and had two good drives end at lumbertons 10 and 15 yard lines by fumble. Injuries are part of the game and I know, im not gonna say we would have won but I can assure you we would not have gotten blanked and they would not have scored 26! As far as power rankings go Lumberton W is very deserving of a top 2 or 3 spot for sure! I think our coaches are great at getting everything out of our kids and we will still battle everyone each and every week. My son plays on PNG W and as long as we dont have anymore injuries and our coaches can get our boys past the trauma of what they saw we will end up a top 5 or 6 team! Good luck to everyone for the remainder of the season and God Please keep all the boys safe and injury free on every team in STJFL! Heres how I see it! 1. Bmt B 2. Lumb W 3. Ned B 4. Orangefield W 5. PNG W I think 2,3,4,& 5 could swap places on any given Saturday!

I have enjoyed reading the post about the predictions, power rankings, etc. for last few years now without ever posting a comment. Its all in good fun so keep up the predictions and power rankings, it makes for some fun reading. Any one that has been in or around the Pee Wee scene since last year knows Bmt has some super athletes and should go very deep. What about the other Bmt team? The super star from Bmt Gold (last year) almost singlehandedly beat the Super Bowl Team from PNG in the playoffs last year and hes back as an 8yr old. I can wait to see this boy play. Word on the street is Nederland Black, Lumberton White, PNG White, and Orangefield are some teams that might be pretty good also.
