1. Does anyone know or have a contact for someone who relaces gloves? I have had repairs done at a shoe shop, but it did not last.
2. I am 100% behind the Pat Knight method! But with little to no instruction, and having the same kids for 3-plus years, shouldnt he, or the "Head Coach" put the medicine where the pain is?
3. Local 5-A Pitching Coach tells his players on Varsity they are pathetic athelets, and he does not care because he is going to a better school with better athelets and storms out after a loss!!!  Why does the "Head" coach not intervene?
4. No mention of who is the better Director. Again: Bottom line is, all each of you have to do is make a decision on which director that you would like to play under. In a perfect world, these two would come together and make it work to benefit the youth of S.E. Texas. You never know, it may happen on day.
5. Here is some information on both directors for all to who keep bickering. Both directors are successful and talented business men and both love kids! Both have the right to make money, offer discounts, whatever it takes to fill thier tournaments. You as men, need to keep your comments to yourselves, and focus on the future of your ball players. Bottom line is, all each of you have to do is make a decision on which director that you would like to play under. In a perfect world, these two would come together and make it work to benefit the youth of S.E. Texas. 6. IMO, I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE A STEP BACK AND FOCUS MORE ON THE KIDS, FAMILY,FRIENDS AND GET ON YOUR KNEES AND PRAY FOR FORGIVENESS, RECONSILIATION, AND RESOLUTION. AS THIS CONSTANT BICKERING,AND RESENTMENT IS EFFECTING THE FUTURE OF OUR CHILDREN. THANK GOD FOR THE OPPRITUNITY I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO SPEND TIME AT THE BALLPARK WITH MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!!
7. GREAT POST!!   Here's what I found.... Take the high road at all cost!  SO TRUE!! Focus on your kid, spend time with him, work on baseball together, whether coach or board is to your liking.   AMEN!! If you really have a crawl, run for the board.  However, your time with your family will be reduced during baseball season. True again, rewarding as well! IN the end, when it matters, if you work with your kid and he has talent, he will succeed.  Just think of the time you and him worked together for a goal. Memories you will cherish!! No one will have to tell you, in time, if you focus on your family AS WELL AS YOUR FAITH, not LL politics, your memories will be positive ones.  I wish everyone well at LL in Nederland.  We have a lot to be positive about.  The kids are our future.  If we teach them lessons, they will be winners in the end.... You always won't get a fair shot in life, that's ok, keep trying. TRUE You might be get looked over while working hard, keep working. TRUE In the end, your family and self-respect is what you keep with you forever.... LL will come and go quickly.  Take with you the best memories.  Let go of the petty things.  This has ALWAYS gone on, sometimes you might be on the other side of it and see it.  Trust me, we went thru it and survived,  I learned hard lessons...  DITTO I have the joy of watching my sons on the field for the Dogs!  Some of the obstacles we faced, no longer have kids who play on any type of athletic field. It ALL works out!  It's only a matter of how you deal with it. SO TRUE!! IT ALWAYS WORKS OUT!! KEEP YOUR FOCUS ON YOUR FAMILYAS WELL AS YOUR RELIGIOUS CONVICTION AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE COMPLETE.
