It was a tough fight tonight. The refs were very tough on us, they made some pretty poor calls > but in the end, West Hardin was victorious! Obviously, the shots weren't as on as they should have been but, hopefully, we got that out of our system and are ready for the next challenge! We are proud of you all!! GO OILERS! ALL THE WAY TO STATE!!! ;D

Apparently, none of that (stats or AAU) matters to good old ltown. He just enjoys a fight! Let it go! Wasting time responding is of no value!!! He is entitled to his opinion he just doesn't think we are entitled to ours. Whatever! :

Woowee...can you feel the hate? Perhaps if we weren't getting dumped on CONSTANTLY by people like you, we wouldn't feel the need to defend ourselves. We are just normal people, supporting a group of kids who deserve it. I found it real interesting that, last night, channel 4 news went down the list of games tonight wishing all the teams well...EXCEPT for West Hardin! Why? Probably because we are "just 1A" and don't really matter! I think that has pretty much been the jest of most of the negative comments! We are proud, we are loud and if that bothers anyone and everyone....WHO CARES!!! We've got our shot, we are going to enjoy it! If you don't like it, then I would suggest you don't read posts from West Hardin fans! Oh, and for the record, some of our support comes from the surrounding communties! Fuller is great! West Hardin is great! WOO HOO!!

Why is that important? If his coach says there is interest, why can't you take him at his word. The man wouldn't lie! I don't know that it is necessarily a good thing to put all that info out for public consumption. I figure when you need to know, you will know!! Until then, you just need to trust that there are colleges looking at him. Furthermore, I don't know how you know that Brandon can't compete with those other local players! Until you see them on the court, playing against each other, you can't possibly know. Everything is, simply put, speculation! You are certainly entitled to your opinion about the situation but you always come off as extremely harsh toward Brandon. I guess, those of us who actually know him, know what kind of person he is, feel the need to get the truth out there. What we say isn't opnion...it's fact!

I agree...Brandon is the heart of the team BUT he isn't the soul of the team. I remember watching him play in the 4th grade and being in awe of how good he was. Not to negate his achievements or talents but he has a strong crew playing with him. Jared, Zach, Tyler and Matthew are strong players in their own right. Coach Fuller was blessed with this group just like they were blessed with him!!!!! Also, I want to mention the rest of the team. They step up when called on and do a great job.

COACH KENT FULLER!!! ;D He's one of the finest men I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He has what it takes to be a great coach: integrity, honesty, dedication, a positive attitude and he's a God-fearing Christian man that walks what he talks! I'll grant you...he has a very talented team and that isn't something you can take for granted. They were talented when he got them but he has definitely helped them find their strengths and weaknesses both individually and collectively. WIN, LOSE OR DRAW...GOD IS IN CONTROL!

I'm going for WH. I think it's their time. Most of these boys were on Little Dribblers team that lost the National tourney (by one point in double overtime) when they were in 6th grade. I think it's their time! GO OILERS!!! ;D

I've been told that they will be playing Friday night at Angelina College in Lufkin. I believe they are playing at 7:30p. I am under the impression that this is a firm location.

Elkhart Slocum beat Bosqueville tonight. West Hardin will meet Elkhart Slocum in the next round.

OK...here's a question to ponder. Once the "All-Star" SE Texas team is chosen...who do you get to coach it?
