If u want to have a weight gainer kinda protein...u can just sit on the sofa all day and drink ur protein shakes and eat alot and not do much every day...youll gain weight...but if u want to actually just build up muscle u can work out and drink your protein as well.

With a new coach coming to a H-F,dending on what position hes taking, it might be hard for seniors or juniors to get used to the way he's teaching. I go with East Chambers.

I love how well u stated this...very very true...HJ had 4, 1 point, losing games.(BC)(EC)(H-F)(Jasper). Just cause a bad record of a 3A team and a very good record for a 2A team doesn't mean its just a cake walk for the 2A team to beat 3A teams.

Jeremy Johnson...He was also the kid from silsbee on the freshmen b-ball team that could dunk...I've seen him play a couple times in 7-on-7 this summer...See what he has to show in the 2007 season.

I'm sorry...i just don't see Hull Daisetta being included in this. I would think maybe PNG or someone like that.

Trey Burrell from HJ only continues to get better and faster. played on varsity as a freshmen. I'm ready to watch tramain tho from EC. see what he has in store for fans.

Yea...i like Lumbertons Qb... He is very quick and almost always acurate. Good luck to lumberton.

same thing with HJ...we just show up to play. we hardly had any players this week. we two coaches that go, but dont really tell us much to do. I just enjoy going and gettin better by playing with varsity players.

hahah...yea he left. along with our starting senior wr... so we were left with just 6 sophmores including me and a center...haha. Lumberton as well tho is looking very great. Both encounters we have made they have beaten us. Kelly had one man that screwed us over cause he caught very well...

Stretching is very very essential as well... The more limber u are the less energy it requires to pull of a move.Also defends against pulling muscles and missing half a season.

we lost to kelly like 36-12 first game...then silsbee played kelly and HJ had to leave cause we didnt have enough players to play against lumberton...

I think Silsbee and Kelly are going as well... HJ and Lumberton are going to be there tho. starts at 5:00.

well...now lets think about this...In football each team only plays a team in their district only 1 time....in basketball/baseball they get atleast two chances to prove against the other team what they got. Therefore,in football, the third place team may of had a couple players that have failed but regained a chance to play. Also, there may of been a couple players hurt when they played some teams. But they dont get a second chance to play a team again, unless in the playoffs. Therefore 3 teams is a good amount.

Silsbee will always have talent coming up...hah...HJ as well...atleast in basketball. WOS i dont see why they wouldnt be good. they always are. even if their kids are no as well right now...they will most likely mature like always and be better.

Your kidding...Everyone in SETX knows HJ will not go undefeated next year...nor will they do bad or horrible next year... whoever says either one is just trying to start somethin with HJ

Orangefield does have a talented freshmen group...or the group about to be sophmores...HJ's freshmen did beat them both times but OF also had two very talented players moved up to varsity and i think JV. lets see what they have to show next year

wow...i go to school and talk to him everyday...i didnt even hear about this...

I played with steve yesterday. HJ did get him from liberty. hes about 5'9'' and can grab the rim. wont be surprised to see him on varsity next year.

I'm extremely pumped up and ready to get this season underway. When will the schedules be made up?

yea from BC to beaumont is close to 30-45 minutes...and from here to baytown is about an hour and half...so...add it up! ha

i just didnt expect HJ to win 10-0 in a playoff game...good job though.
